Patrick Fischer

Head Coach Swiss Ice Hockey National Team | Visionary | Leader

Patrick Fischer has been Head Coach of the Swiss men’s national ice hockey team since 2015. During this time he has established the team sustainably at the top of the world, become the most successful national coach in history, and won three World Championship silver medals with Switzerland.

With his charm, charisma and authentic style, he regularly captivates his teams and the public alike. At the same time, he lives and demands an unconditional performance culture.

Patrick combines two worlds: the ice hockey world of discipline, hard work, dealing with criticism and handling both wins and losses – and a deep inner spirituality that enables him to build genuine human connections with his players and trust his inner voice.

In his keynote, Patrick speaks about the importance of the “inner path” and why inner attitude ultimately decides between victory and defeat.
